Pulled Pork or Pulled Chicken Hash
Use a 4-5lbs roast or a whole chicken, place in crockpot with Henrietta’s Slow Cooker Sauce.
Cook on hi for 6 hours, shred meat.
*Henrietta’s Pulled Pork or Pulled Chicken
*Sriracha sauce (optional)
*Brown potatoes in skillet with olive oil (one per person)
*Add diced onion (varies with amount of potatoes used)
*Add Rosemary, garlic salt and black pepper (varies with amount of potatoes used.)
*Stir every once in a while so your onions don’t burn, and so all the potatoes get nice and crispy.
*In another skillet fry egg over easy
Display potatoes on plate, add Henrietta’s pulled pork/chicken, fried egg and avacado on top. If you like a little spice, add sriracha sauce.
