Henrietta's Instant Pot Pulled Pork


Use a 4-5 lbs Roast

*Brown the meat in oil on the saute setting

*Pour 3/4 of the Henrietta's Slow Cooker Sauce in the Intstant Pot along with the roast

*Cook for 40-45 minutes

*Remove roast to shred meat (This wll give you control on how much juice you want). You can use excess juice for a dipping sauce. 

*For a more robust BBQ flavor, you can add remaining sauce.
