Cilantro Lime Chicken Fajita Salad

About the Recipe


  • 2 Chicken Breasts 

  • Henrietta's Cilantro Lime Marinade

  • Mayo or Greek Yogurt

  • Avacado

  • Bell Peppers

  • Onion 

  • Romaine Lettuce

  • Corn

  • Tomato 

  • Black Beans 


  1. Marinate Meat 3 hours - overnight (The longer, the more robust) Use half the jar. 

  2. Cook in Air Fryer at 375 for 14-17 minutes - Flip halfway. Time varies with size. 

  3. Cook Bell Peppers and Onions in skillet with olive oil 

  4. Heat corn and black beans

  5. Cut tomatos & Avacado 

  6. Let chicken stand for 5 minutes before slicing

  7. Arrange on bed of lettuce

  8. Mix remaining cilantro lime marinade with yogurt or mayo and  drizzle.
